Your applications should be made in the registration area...NOT here. This thread is for our public responses to your application...so you can see where you are in the process: Below are ourt guidelines and our timetable for new recruit observance. Please don't post multiple threads asking about what can be found here.

RECRUITING GUIDELINES

These guidelines may seem overly stringent to you, but we are looking only for committed people...and NOT the casual gamer who is looking for a place to light.

1. Pre-vote: Only after a 50% yea vote will a possible recruit be given the opportunity to tryout for the |RoT| Team.

2. One month probation for all |RoT| recruits.

3. Xfire is a mandatory requirement.   

1st two weeks:
Recruits will be given an opportunity to play on our servers and be judged based solely on dedication, reliability, and performance.
All new recruits will be expected to attend all |RoT| activities at least four times a week in the monthly period. Potential recruits...this means that you will need to commit time to the game before we will believe your commitment to |RoT|. Also, at least 50% of the members

Last two weeks:

Recruits will be given the opportunity of joining other clan members on ventrilo, where they will be able to interact and be given a more personal role in the clan.
During this time, |RoT| members can determine whether or not they feel like this recruit displays the characteristics of a true |RoT| player.
After one month of probation, all |RoT| members will vote on whether or not they feel the recruit has fulfilled all standard requirements for the clan. (see above rules and regulations.) When recruits enter their second phase, they will begin communicating with members in the Ventrilo server. The same time commitment must be seen AND communication and camaraderie are a must. Membership is focused on the interaction with the other members.

A 75% yea vote is needed in order for acceptance in the clan. After the month, your membership will be presented at a meeting for a vote. You will be notified when the vote is completed...up or down.

The "RoT" tag will not be worn until acceptance in the clan has been established.

The following things will be taken into consideration by each member when reviewing your application prior to the end of the month vote

Does this person show dedication and loyalty toward our clan?
Does this person show a true sense of teamplay?
Is this a person that gets along with the other players?
Does this player frequently attend |RoT| activities?
Can this person follow direction, pay attention, and complete tasks assigned?
Can this persons instincts in the game be trusted (are they in the best interest of the team)?

   While there are other considerations, these are focused on. It should be noted that any member can be voted OUT of |RoT| by that same 75% vote. Members will be considered for elimination if they fail to adhere to the standards set by the team. If removed, they will be banned from the server and the vent server for a period of time no shorter than 1 month and no longer that 1 calender year
